The halle400 is a multifunctional event centre directly on the eastern shore of the Kiel Fjord. The former submarine assembly hall was renovated in 2001 and converted into a modern event centre. The possible uses range from concerts, theatre and musicals to trade fairs, conferences, anniversaries and gala events. The rooms can be used separately as small, independent units with separate entrances or as one large event space. For the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival, halle400 is primarily a venue for crossover and jazz projects.
