“A big band from Munich dissecting Ludwig van Beethoven? Can this be something for JazzBaltica, I asked myself. But when I heard the new album by Jazzrausch, it was clear to me: YES, it can! It grooves and swings and jumps and bubbles and is full of surprises. All under the direction of Roman Sladek and under the motto Beethoven's Breakdown – very fitting for the Beethoven year 2020.
One thing is for sure: nobody goes home unaffected by a concert of Jazzrausch.
